Fire: Seminole and Madeira Beach Fire Departments provide the town's fire protection. In an emergency, Dial 911. In an emergency, Dial 911. The non-emergency number is 393-8711.
Emergency Medical Services: Pinellas Suncoast Fire and Rescue serves the Redington Beach areas. The non-emergency number is 595-1117.
Building Permits/Inspections: The Pinellas County Building Department has the contract to issue all building permits and enforce building and zoning codes in the Town. The building official assigned to the Town is John Kostreles - phone number 464-3930. However, a site plan review may be necessary at the Town Hall prior to permitting. Please call Town Hall with any questions.
Business Tax Receipt: All persons with a business located in North Redington Beach (including home businesses) must obtain a Business Tax Receipt before opening/conducting business. All businesses must be filed with the Town Clerk at Town Hall.
Miscellaneous Permits: Town Hall issues the following permits: hurricane re-entry permits, resident parking permits for town owned spaces on the beach access, temporary parking permits for motor homes/boats/trailers, garage sales and temporary storage units (PODS). The Town also issues permits for temporary signs and the outside display of goods in the commercial district. For detailed information and to obtain permits, contact the Town Clerk at Town Hall.
Trash Collection: Waste Services of Florida, Inc. is responsible for trash collection with fees paid directly to them. Residential trash is picked up every Monday and Thursday. Recycled materials are collected on Thursday only. Commercial trash is collected on various days according to individual contracts. The number for Waste Services is 572-6800.

Water & Sewer Services: The Pinellas County Utilities Department provides water service and sewage treatment for our area with fees paid directly to them. To report water leaks or have billing questions, call 464-4000. For sewer problems, call 391-4848. Reclaimed water is also available from the Utilities Department - call 464-4000.
