Bill Queen To Be New Mayor
Bill Queen will move from his seat as Town Commissioner to become the new mayor of North Redington Beach on March 9, 2005. Commissioners Gary Curtis and Richard Bennett will begin new two year terms in their respective offices on that same day.
All three had filed for election to these posts and drew no opposition when the filing deadline passed on Friday, December 17. As a result, there will be no municipal election in the town on March 8, and the unopposed candidates will automatically assume office the next day.
Queen was in the middle of a two-year term as Commissioner. The Town Commission will appoint someone to finish his unexpired term.

- 2nd Place Drs David & Judy Rowland, 17347 Kennedy Drive
